The Bank of America WorldPoints® Platinum Plus® MasterCard® Credit Card, issued by FIA Card Services, N.A., is designed for those with very good credit who would like to take advantage of the reward program.

Through the reward program, cardholders earn one point for every dollar spent on all qualifying purchases. Points are redeemable for cash, brand-name merchandise, travel with no blackout dates, dining certificates, and more. There is no limit to the number of points that may be earned per year, but any unused points will expire after five years.

The card has no annual fee, a 0% introductory rate for both balance transfers and cash advance checks for the first twelve billing cycles, and a reasonably low fixed interest rate for those who qualify once the introductory rate expires. It is important to understand that the APR for purchases and balance transfers will vary according to the applicant's credit history and will be either 9.99% or 15.99%.
