The best feature of this credit card is the reasonably low fixed interest rate of 6.50% (for purchases and cash advances); it provides a very low cost option to those who plan to carry a revolving balance. There is also a very attractive introductory rate for six months on balance transfers. In addition, the annual fee of $35 is very reasonable for such a low interest rate credit card.

However, aside from the reasonably low interest rate for all transactions, cardholders should not expect any extraordinary benefits or services offered by the card.
